 Music, Tent Rentals, Etc.

If we close the restaurant to the public, there will be a Market charge, which includes tables with white linen, chairs, glassware, china, flatware and full function consultation.

Large tent - Standard charge $3,500.00 - includes tent, lights, side walls, tables with white linen, chairs, glassware, china, flatware, indoor/outdoor carpet, dance floor and full function consultation.

Due to community ordinances, music is not allowed past 8:00 p.m.   
Tent site must be vacated by 8:30 p.m., but guests are welcome to re-gather at the restaurant.

Estate fee - $5.00 per person - Allows for the use and maintenance of the surrounding grounds.

Additional charges will be assessed for rental of any special requests for linens, 
chairs, audio/visual equipment or tents.
